We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery of services, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution.

  • Review and approve deliverables promptly.

  • Respect agreed timelines, including payment schedules.

  • Ensure any content provided (texts, images, logos, etc.) is free from copyright or third-party restrictions.

​Payments & Billing

  • All fees for services will be communicated clearly before project initiation.

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.

  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, strategies, and designs created by Kaptrix remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Upon payment completion, ownership rights of final deliverables (excluding third-party tools/software) are transferred to the client.

  • Kaptrix reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials (unless restricted by NDA).

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business, marketing, and technical information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • Kaptrix strives to deliver measurable results but does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or sales outcomes.

  • We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profits, opportunities, or business interruptions caused by the use of our services.

Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate services with prior written notice. Any outstanding dues must be cleared before termination.
